As a volunteer graphic designer for the NC Arboretum, an opportunity arose to create marketing materials for an exhibit inspired by Wicked Plants: The Weed that Killed Lincoln’s Mother and Other Botanical Atrocities by Amy Stewart. This interactive experience allowed students to safely explore the world’s most dangerous botanicals. While the arboretum developed immersive displays, the exhibit’s energy was brought to life through the design of the title treatment, brochures, web ads, and printed materials, drawing visitors into the fascinating world of deadly plants.
